Running a business / Pele Pockets
For about a year and a half, I owned and operated Pele Pockets in Keaʻau, Hawaiʻi. Menu development, food prep, promotion, customer relationships—the daily work was mine to figure out.
That experience stays with me when we talk about your business. A new tool has to make sense in a real working day.
Hands-on technology
Working as an AT&T technician, along with satellite installation, low-voltage systems, and home automation, taught me to follow a problem all the way through.
The same care goes into a website, a customer workflow, or an AI phone assistant: understand what it connects to, test the details, and make it usable.
Building Autera
Today, I bring that experience into websites, custom software, design, automation, and AI. You work with me from the first conversation through the build and handover.
